Honduran Military Admits - Coup Was "A Crime"

"In the moment that we took him out of the country, in the way that he was taken out, there is a crime." That's army attorney Col. Herberth Bayardo Inestroza admitting this. For anybody who wasn't convinced that the coup is illegal, this really should put that notion to rest.

This admission makes me wonder if the return of Zelaya will now hinge on his resumption of duties in exchange for military acquittals. It may be more complicated than that, but I suspect that will have to be a part of the bargain, and one I imagine both sides will be willing to agree to.
