The Face of Coal Pollution

This is Maximiliano Calcano. He is 2 years old. He has no arms because an American power company is dumping coal ash in his neighborhood in the Dominican Republic. He has no arms because we as a nation have decided a) to make coal the dominant part of our power supply and b) to dump the byproducts of our consumerist lifestyles on the poor of the developing world.
