2007 Gold Glove Winners

Congrats to Grady Sizemore on his first Gold Glove. Everyone who'd never seen Sizemore (and many who had and should have known better) talked all about his role offensively, but he is quite probably the most central cog in the Indians' defense right now, making unbelievable plays and playing his guts out in the field (play which helps greatly, even if he has a "down year"). I think the award is still meaningful, even if the coaches often give it to less deserving players by including players' offensive output into their considerations. I'm also pleased to see they finally stopped their worship of the king of Pasta Diving. And, I wasn't in the US to see the games most of the season, but still....Adrian Beltre???? Who knew????!!!! (Clearly not me!)
