RIP - Harvey Pekar and Tuli Kupferberg
Harvey Pekar, author of the American Splendor series (and Northeast Ohio icon) has died at 70, while Tuli Kupferberg, who founded the Fugs in the 60s, has died at 86. It's a rough day for weird America.
