Trying to Create the WORST Possible Health Care "Reform"

No public option, and fines if you're uninsured? Funny...I thought "reform" usually meant "to improve." And charging the elderly 5 times as much as 20-year-olds? And to think the right was outraged about "death panels" in the public-option plan.

Seriously, this sounds like about the worst proposal yet - a giant "fuck you" from Max Baucus to everybody from his party who actually wants change.
