Colbert on Corporations and the 14th Amendment
In one of the greatest episodes of Colbert I've ever seen (from Tuesday), he explains the 1886 decision to give corporations the same rights as people under the 14th Amendment and what that means in regard to the soon to be announced Supreme Court decision throwing all out corporate limits in campaign spending. It's probably the most succinct, and of course funniest, explanation of these issues I've ever heard.
I highly recommend checking it out.
