Bipartisanship

Is anyone else as amused as I am by watching George W. Bush claim that he values bipartisanship, something that is clearly a lie? This is the leader of a party that wouldn't even bring bills up for discussion in Congress unless a majority of Republicans supported them. I have no problem in working with Republicans on issues if it's possible. But Bush saying that he values bipartisanship is just laughable.
