Forgotten American Blogging Hiatus

Sorry to all for the lag in Forgotten American Blogging. Unlike most posts, these take real time (usually a couple of hours at least), and I am trying to finish a dissertation, get two articles out, and move. Not to mention my cat disaster. But it'll be back soon.
