Yeah, Derek, it was ALL part of THE PLAN

Courtesy the Cleveland Plain Dealer, I caught this nugget from Jeter that most other articles had left out:

“Talk about a home-field advantage, they let the bugs out . . . just when you’ve seen it all,” Jeter said after the Tribe’s 2-1 victory Friday."

Yeah, Jeter - "we" let the bugs out. We were just waiting for the right opportunity, and then we released an unthinking, brainless creature on the Yankees, confident they would mess up your pitcher but not our pitcher, and that, somehow, none of the hitters or fielders would be affected. Then, with the tie locked up, we would just outlast your bullpen. That was EXACTLY the plan.

Just when you think he can't be any dumber.....
