Movies on the Intertubes

I noticed that Netflix is starting to offer movies online.

I can see why this works for their business model--not having to pay postage would be pretty huge. But why would someone want to watch a movie on their computer? I can see it if you are on a flight or something.

But computer screens are so small. I wouldn't think it would be a good movie watching experience. Maybe I care about movies more than most people. But I can't imagine choosing to watch a film online rather than on a sizable television screen.
